Any product price can be changed without prior notice.
We always try to deliver the accurate product ordered by the customer. If a product is not available, in that case a similar product of that order will be delivered. If a product is unavailable, we will inform to customer about this through e-mail/phone call/whatsapp or viber. If there is no response within 2 hours from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product which will be closest to that ordered.
Cakes, Flowers, Food items, Sweets & all other perishable items, kindly requested to the recipient to check those items at the time of receiving it & if they found any defect/damage then inform us immediately within 1 hour. It will not be eligible for refund as this is perishable in nature they can’t be refunded.
We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address if is given to us by the customer.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, in that case we do not assure the freshness of the flowers & goods which is delivered.
We are not responsible for late deliveries in case the recipient is not at home or changes the address.
Customer should read all details description of product before placing the order.
Order cancellation will not be allowed if the order is canceled by the customer less than 24 hours. Customer will get full refund if the order is canceled by the customer within 12 hours.
We ensure to delivery within 4/5 hours of time frame in Rotherham for cupcakes. Outside of Rotherham we can delivery within afternoon or as early as we can (Except cupcakes). We are not be liable for any delay in delivery due to fire, war, strike, riots, natural calamities or any cause that is beyond the control.
Our standard delivery time is between 10 am and 9 pm local time at your delivery location.
If problem arises to the mistake of the sender as like wrong address or incomplete information, recipient invalid number, in that case we can only able to delivery once customer contact with us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on the Website. If the payment has been already collected from customer, then we shall immediately arrange a refund.
The price displayed on our website includes Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions, vat & tax. An additional delivery charge will be applicable for out of 4 miles radius. The delivery charge will be shown at the time of placing the order.
A delivery slip signed by recipient showing acceptance of the gift by our delivery personnel & this will be considered final proof of delivery of products . Any representative of recipient who receives delivery on your behalf of recipient must sign a declaration that he/she receive the gift.
